As the Head of HR and Administration at Hallmark Aquaequipment, a leading manufacturer of water treatment systems in India, I oversee the recruitment, training, and retention of more than 200 employees across multiple locations. With over eight years of experience in this role, I have successfully implemented various HR policies and programs that align with the company\'s vision and values, and that foster a positive and productive work environment. I have also led several initiatives to improve the administrative efficiency and effectiveness of the organization, such as streamlining the payroll process, upgrading the IT infrastructure, and enhancing the security and safety measures. I hold a master\'s degree in economics from Calcutta University, and I have a strong interest in applying economic principles and analysis to HR and administration challenges and opportunities. My core competencies include recruiting, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, budgeting, and project management.
