An accomplished professional with 28 years of extensive experience managing large Software Testing Portfolios of $20 Million in revenue with 35% EBITDA, Lean and GenAI Implementation, and driving transformation initiatives. I have worked with customers across domains, and teams across geos driving quality initiatives for major business transformation programs. Throughout my career, I have successfully guided client companies across diverse regions, including the US, UK, Europe, APAC, ANZ, and the Middle East, in implementing CMMi, ITIL, ISO and TMMi models. In my previous role as Vice President – Quality Assurance at Envestnet, Trivandrum, I led a 142-member QA team and oversaw the delivery of high-quality and scalable Financial Wellness solutions. The combined AUM of the solutions is about $6 Trillion catering to 3 million customer accounts. I have spearheaded substantial growth, transforming a 30-member QA team into its current strength over the last 5 years. I have formulated and executed strategies for Functional Automation, Performance Engineering, and CI/CD, which have enhanced operational efficiency and product excellence. Previously, as Delivery Manager - QE at UST, I demonstrated expertise in presales, consulting, and delivery excellence. I managed a large portfolio with teams distributed across the UK, Singapore, and India working on business-critical applications and domain-specific products such as Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, etc. My contributions extended to establishing a TCOE and devising standardized procedures for functional, automation, and non-functional testing at Federal Bank. At Maersk Line Information Technology (MLIT), I played a pivotal role in establishing test factory capabilities and a test data management strategy for the CoE, leading TMMi initiatives and the development of a centralised portal for work intake and demand mgmt. Throughout my tenure in global IT consulting including 9+ years with Wipro Consulting Services, I have been fortunate to spearhead the establishment of robust Quality Systems and effectively manage large-scale Testing Programmes spanning the entire test cycle. These accomplishments were showcased across an array of esteemed client sites, including StateStreet, Schroders, Infor, HEB, Alcatel Lucent, Santander, Kohl\'s, Saudi Aramco, Cargill, NBrown, Boots, Debenhams, Zurich Financials, Deutsche Bank etc. Currently engaged with UST as QE Advisor on major transformation programmes.
