E Param Sivam is an RF & Telecom professional with 41 years of work experience since 1984 of which 10 years in Antennas for the satellite communications industry and 28 years of managerial and leadership experience in telecommunications. Starting his career with Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) at SAC Ahmadabad where he was part of INSAT 2 Series Payload Projects worked 10 years in R&D for Spacecraft Antenna including design & development, Testing & Measurement, Equipment procurement management for space qualification programs. Later worked 23 years with Nokia in India till Feb\'21 for Networks Services Business, Post-merger business & IT Transformation, value capture, and synergy program. He was part of a cross-functional team for three major successful M&A programs undertaken by Nokia since 2006. He is with Measurement Solutions Pvt Ltd, Secunderabad as Director & COO for past 4 years.His passion is managing Telecom Projects, Transformation Programs, Service and Business Operations, M&A integration management, IT Supplier Relationship Management, NOC operations, and Process Excellence & Quality. Before joining Nokia in 1998, he was managing a start-up services subcontractor company for 4.5 years at Coimbatore.
