I’m a technology leader with two plus decades of experience managing complex IT projects and dynamic global teams across industries and continents28 29. From writing code and leading product development to heading support and services, I’ve had a well-rounded career spanning software development, quality assurance, program management, delivery, and support. As a Senior Director, I pride myself on empathic, people-first leadership that empowers my teams to excel. I believe in being a “Model, Coach, Care” leader – fostering trust, mentorship, and growth. My core values are integrity, collaboration, fairness, and a non-judgmental approach. I reject stereotypes and strive to build inclusive, high-performing cultures where diverse teams thrive. Outside of work, I’m a passionate explorer and lifelong learner. I’ve worked in India, Europe, Canada, and the USA, which has given me a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and perspectives. I’m an avid traveler – I live by J.R.R. Tolkien’s mantra, “Not all who wander are lost,” finding that each new place and culture teaches me valuable lessons I find inspiration in literature and film (from Dan Brown thrillers to philosophical works), and I believe a good book or movie can spark creativity and insight Music is my constant companion, whether I’m listening to classics or discovering new artists. These passions fuel my creativity and keep me curious. They also deepen my empathy and spiritual perspective, reminding me to stay grounded and purpose-driven in both life and leadership. I am also deeply committed to social impacts.
