My career journey is a testament of agility, flexibility and stability as I\'ve grown with the growth of organizations (progressed and evolved through higher roles in just 2 organizations in the last 17.5 years).At NTT DATA, as a trusted advisor to the senior management, I design and implement sustainable HR policies and initiatives that align with the organization\'s goals and values. I oversee talent management, performance management, reward & recognition, employee engagement, learning & development and compliance. Previously, I led Business HR for a global unit scaling up from 4 digit to 5 digit workforce at the TATA Consultancy Services. We as a team, partner with business leaders, managers and associates to practice excellence, delivering high-quality performance, engagement index and stakeholders\' satisfaction. In my earlier roles, I\'ve had the opportunity to lead Talent Acquisition, Innovation HR, and Research projects. I continue to learn from Psychology, Sociology and Management disciplines, it helps me perform my role as HR Leader, Coach & Mentor. I am passionate about building a performance driven culture and creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive and grow.
