I’m the Founder & CMD of Acreexpert, India’s first verified land marketplace, built to bring trust, transparency, and technology to land buying. Focused on simplifying complex transactions, Acreexpert helps users discover, verify, and secure clear title land, starting with Maharashtra’s fast-growing zones. From product vision to on ground operations, I lead strategy, partnerships, and investor growth to transform how India buys land.My journey began in 2017 with the launch of Cinematic Psychos, a creative and advertising agency built to empower businesses with storytelling, design, and digital impact. Over the years, we’ve worked with brands across real estate, lifestyle, and politics, producing ad films, running 360° campaigns, and shaping brand identities that convert attention into action.In 2022, I founded Selfmade Realty, a full-stack real estate firm focused on sole-selling, sales operations, and builder branding. With deep roots in Navi Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan & Shahapur, we’ve helped 20+ developers sell over units through structured systems, on ground execution, and performance marketing. Selfmade Realty continues to be a trusted partner for developers seeking result-oriented sales and strategic growth.Together, these three ventures reflect my core mission: to solve real problems across land, real estate, and branding. using a mix of tech, trust, and execution.
