Overall 21+ years of professional experience in team building and development for R&D, Engineering Services (Offshore/Onsite) & New Digital initiatives. I have experience in leading market trend co-relation & it’s relevance to build out new accounts and meet company’s strategic goals by seeding & positioning offerings and building respective capabilities.From last 8+ years, I am focused towards developing solutions for Digital transformation, Digital twins & Digital thread, to transform conventional engineering to Digital engineering. Having hands-on experience in E2E engineering processes and platforms helped me to leverage, integrate ad implement COTS/Customize/Develop solutions to improve productivity and resource & cost optimization for organizations. Knowledge with learning platforms and certifications in digital leaderships, helped me to gain knowledge in IoT, AIML, Blockchain & Cloud technology. Currently working on Industrial Metaverse by integrating various Digital Manufacturing platforms with Nvidia Omniverse.As mentioned, during my professional journey, I gained hands on experience in Product Design & Validation, Simulation & Analysis, Tools & Methodology, Process Automation by leveraging programming tools, CAD & CAE Softwares, Integrating PLM with various engineering upstream and downstream processes. Industries worked with - Consulting & Engineering services, SPM, Defense Weapon System (Missile & Rocket Launchers, Guns), OEMs (Elevator, Heavy engineering), Manufacturing plants, Electro - mech, pneumatic, hydraulic products.I strongly believe on efficient,error less working and innovative nature, leads to develop or build specific solution architectures, PoV, PoC, Approaches. In order to achieve this, I proposed & focused for standardization of procedures, development of tools, Process automation, Integration of disciplines & effective implementation.
