Hi! I\'m Parag, and I am a passionately curious person with impeccable organizational and management skills. So, here\'s a few quick things about me and my work.My college started in 2017, and fortunately, soon after, after putting in many efforts, I got a chance of being a fantastic club, SRM Alumni Affairs. I joined the team as a Volunteer. Gradually, my hard work and ability to maintain relations with different alumni helped me get promoted to an Alumni Organizer role. I have organized multiple events with the help of my team, like SAC, in 2019-20. I contributed to these events by inviting ten excellent speakers. These events came out to be successful and made me even more confident about what I was doing. I have even coordinated events like Internship Fair, Alumni Day, Women\'s Talk.My immense hard work, efforts, and ability to build significant alumni relations were rewarded after I was promoted to the role of Community Manager in the team where I have successfully expanded the alumni community to people by far.With a strong vision of impacting students\' lives, I have joined TAM Enterprises as a Core Team Member, where we are trying to bridge the gap between students and mentors and help students build a phenomenal career ahead by providing them the right guidance without any expense. I am currently looking after a complete team of 50 members and reach students in our community. I have already helped in organizing 30+ webinars with the help of my connections. I have helped many students in grabbing some excellent internship opportunities as per their requirements and needs.My passion for management has made me work with many startups like Clofus Innovations, Asav Living, Cloud Health Solutions as a Business Developer, and a Sales Intern. For me, any organization or company\'s work culture is of utmost importance, and my preference has always been in working with such organizations where I can relate myself with the problems and understand the requirements of the target audience and customers. I am also working with Prof. Omkar, from IIM Indore in an Operation based project where I am working on regression, T Testing, and other statistics related areas.I love to sell brands with the right values and work with organizations focused on creating a strong impact. I love helping people and hearing about creative business ideas, and helping them seek solutions to their problems inspires me to work every day.
