   Responsible for Collabera\'s largest operating business, spanning Global Capability Centers, Workforce Transformation, Cognixia, and Hyqoo.This role grew out of leading the company through a full demerger in July 2022 a deliberate decision to sharpen Collabera\'s focus on enterprise capability transformation across Cloud, Data, AI, Automation, and Cybersecurity.For GCC, the sweet spot is mid-market enterprise organisations that have outgrown traditional outsourcing but haven\'t yet built the owned offshore capability their scale demands. Whether that means establishing a Tier 1 presence in a major metro or building a cost-efficient, talent-rich Tier 2 operation the decision depends entirely on what the business needs to achieve, not a template.
