About Parag Potdar

Ifyour enterprise is making a significant decision about workforce, global capability, or how you compete for talent in an AI-driven world, this is a conversation worth having before you decide. There is a pattern that repeats itself across the most successful enterprises right now. They are not reacting to the talent market. They are not waiting for certainty. They are building owned global capability, AI-ready workforces, and talent infrastructure designed to compound. And they are doing it while their competitors still run the analysis. At Collabera, that is the work I lead every day across Global Capability Centers, Workforce Transformation, Cognixia, and Hyqoo. Not as a vendor responding to a brief. As a partner who gets involved early to shape the right decision.Successful enterprises proactively build owned global capabilities and AI-ready workforces, making deliberate operating model decisions rather than reacting to market trends or relying on templates.\"Whether the right answer is a Tier 1 presence in a major metro or a talent-rich, cost-efficient Tier 2 operation, that decision belongs to the business strategy, not a template. That is exactly where this conversation starts. For Workforce Transformation the enterprises getting ahead are not the ones hiring faster. They are the ones that have made a deliberate decision about how their workforce is structured to deliver. Managed capacity, SOW, shared services modernisation, upskilling at scale; they are operating model decisionsEvery CXO conversation eventually comes back to the same truth: having the right strategy is never enough. Building the capability to execute it is everything. If any part of this resonates, reach out. The most useful conversations always happen before the brief exists.

Experience

  1. President

    Collabera

Oct 2022 — Present · New York, NY, US

Responsible for Collabera\'s largest operating business, spanning Global Capability Centers, Workforce Transformation, Cognixia, and Hyqoo. This role grew out of leading the company through a full demerger in July 2022 a deliberate decision to sharpen Collabera\'s focus on enterprise capability transformation across Cloud, Data, AI, Automation, and Cybersecurity. For GCC, the sweet spot is mid-market enterprise organisations that have outgrown traditional outsourcing but haven\'t yet built the owned offshore capability their scale demands. Whether that means establishing a Tier 1 presence in a major metro or building a cost-efficient, talent-rich Tier 2 operation the decision depends entirely on what the business needs to achieve, not a template. That is where the conversation starts.Every CXO conversation eventually comes back to the same truth having the right strategy is never enough. Building the capability to execute it is everything. The most valuable engagements begin before a decision is made.
