Starting off as a recruiter with a consulting firm identifying the right talent for the BPO sector.Moving on to sourcing for corporate roles largely for telecom, real estate for both domestic and international clients.Worked with Accenture, contributing to the business growth across various verticals and locations in India. Have successfully helped identify and hire individuals across domains and skills (both niche and vanilla) at all lateral levels. It has been an exhilarating role to fuel the aggressive growth plans and manage the entire hiring process for each candidate from the first point of contact to acceptance of offer. Along the journey had the opportunity to be involved and understand redeployment, successfully redeploying 100+ employees across verticals.
