   Currently lead a team of accomplished contract management professionals who oversee contract development and negotiations in support of Delta MRO’s annual revenue target.Led contract development and commercial negotiations with a key cargo operator to secure a major contract to maintain their engines. Secured internal executive alignment (MRO, Finance, Legal, Engine Maintenance, Engineering Risk, Tax, Treasury, etc) for a complex deal structure by outlining all risk parameters, and building contractual language to protect Delta. Negotiated key contractual terms with a major engine OEM to secure first of its type engine maintenance contract at Delta. Led a team of seasoned sales executives to develop and broaden customer base for Delta Flight Products (DFP), a subsidiary of Delta Air Lines focused on aircraft interiors.Developed commercial relationship with a key partner of Delta to have DFP provide design, engineering, integration, and kitting services on their fleet of 737 aircraft. Currently managing 50+ ongoing contractual and compliance initiatives across engine, component and military work scopes while ensuring risk mitigation and improving Delta’s MRO revenue profile.
