Matt is currently The VP of Finance and technology for one of Maine\'s largest and most well known Insurance Agencies. With locations all across Maine and New Hampshire, his work as the head of Financial and Information Systems Operations is never dull. From Budgeting and Forecasting to Reporting and Systems Implementations, the role is diverse, challenging, and rewarding. He has been involved with and lead numerous major operating system upgrades, audit reviews, banking and treasury management migrations, and ownership transfers in this position.

Process improvements, workflow streamlining, process integration, and systems implementation are all part of the expertise brought to this position.
