Work closely with Director / Sr. Managers and ensure timely and quality delivery of QA/Testing services. Ensure QA Governance for application release testing and initiatives align to business goals Evaluate opportunities for providing QA services effectively and efficiently and recommend solutions Develop and present business cases for high-level initiatives to Senior management for approval, funding, and prioritization First point of contact for any escalations Manage delivery meetings to ensure delivery against objectives and contract budgets. Prioritize initiatives and progress reviews Manage and mentor onshore and offshore QA resources Work with Application level Managers for release and capacity planning Liaise with Application teams and ensure pipeline visibility Work with individual Test Managers/Test Leads Manage operations & reporting at governance level Document and track statements of work and service level agreements Manage Automation Test Scripts Development Plan and Roll out QA Processes to GWWRT (Global Wholesale Wealth Risk and Trading) Group Review the QA practices of each GWWRT team and provide recommendation for process improvement Roll out HP ALM Tool for Test Management to GWWRT Teams Roll out HP UFT (QTP) for Test Automation to GWWRT Teams Roll out Selenium IDE and Selenium Web driver Roll out Orasi bridge for JIRA and HP ALM Synchronization to GWWRT Teams Set up and Provide HP ALM Training to GWWRT Teams Roll out QA templates Build QA teams for various GWWRT teams
