Providing services such as Cracking the highly essential encrypted Documents manually which are required by the Clients at the time of Production. Hands on experience on e-discovery processes (Date-culling, Deduplication, Searching) and on LAW tool and its various versions.Hands on Experience in Relativity – Processing and Review tool.Hands on Experience on various Tools such as Putty, Oracle SQL Developer, SQL Management Studio and many more.Interacting with global clients to meet business deadlines without errors.Handling multiple tasks and managing time-sensitive data, ensuring business timelines are always met.Testing on in-house software used in the process.Providing detailed process training to New Joiners and Mentoring and shadowing the New Joiners till they achieve Proficiency. Providing training to new joiners on SQL queries, software’s and utilities required in the process.Handling the work load solitarily, supporting across all time zones, to ensure business is not impacted.Ensuring process quality standards are met, to successfully reach the Client Satisfaction and expectations.Leading the work team and coordinating with the team members to accomplish the task before time and with perfection.
