   Led product strategy, definition and development for Dell’s $2B multicloud infrastructure business. Expanded product portfolio by a multiple of four through evolution and restructuring of product organization, architecture and feature set. Led two successful scaled agile transformations (Scrum at Scale and SAFe). • Defined, developed and launched new Azure cloud infrastructure product in partnership with Microsoft. • Defined, developed and launched new OpenShift cloud infrastructure product in partnership with Red Hat. • Redefined, developed and launched new VMware cloud infrastructure product in partnership with VMware. Critical given VMWare divestiture and to avoid stop ship situation. • Defined strategy and architecture for full-stack Artificial Intelligence (AI) solution in collaboration with IBM. • Expanded development portfolio and output by a multiple of four with only a 40% increase in organization.• Oversaw multicloud infrastructure portfolio that included VMware vSphere, Microsoft Azure, Red Hat OpenShift, Nutanix AHV, and emerging AI products. • Restructured architecture and feature set to a common foundation to enable fourfold increase in portfolio focus. • Transitioned product to a cloud-native microservices architecture from a Java-based architecture. • Mentored, coached and supported the development and growth of feature architect team (chief product owners, our most senior engineers and architects). • Led modern development transformation for a 500-person product development team.
