   At the Table is a 501(c)(3) that pairs present and incoming college students currently and formerly in foster care in New York City with long-term full-time 1:1 tutors who double as skilled and trusted advisors in navigating life during college. We also train, advise, and support our peer organizations and staff working with students of all ages at the intersection of the education and child welfare systems.I work closely with the Operations and Leadership teams to build the organization\'s community of support, both externally and internally. I develop programmatic partnerships with community-based organizations and agencies. I assist with grant management, event planning, newsletter content, managing the Student Emergency Fund, and support program culture and practice.
