As the CEO of Enhanced Consulting Services (ECS), I provide consultation services in the areas of education, leadership, statistics, research, and organizational management to various clients and stakeholders. With over 28 years of experience in this field, I have developed and delivered effective and engaging programs, workshops, and training sessions for teachers, counselors, and managers in various domains and settings. I have also designed and conducted in-service training sessions for program personnel and coordinated conferences on specialty topics using expert resources.In addition to my role at ECS, I also serve as the COO and CSO of Weather2020, a company that provides accurate and reliable weather forecasts using cutting-edge data analysis and technology. As the COO, I am responsible for all operational aspects of the company, its strategic position, and growth. As the CSO, I oversee the scientific data analysis, publication, and integrity of the company\'s products and services. I have a strong background in aviation and aerospace, as well as a PhD in Organizational Management and Leadership, which enable me to combine my scientific and business skills to deliver innovative and impactful solutions for the weather industry. I am also a fixed-wing pilot and an aerospace education officer at the Civil Air Patrol, where I volunteer my time and expertise to support the community and promote aerospace education.
