We are the Microsoft Search, Assistant and Intelligence (MSAI) team, the engine that powers Office 365 and many other critical products within Microsoft Cloud. MSAI unites multiple research disciplines with engineering to innovate within the products that millions of people use every day. Wherever users are in Microsoft applications, we anticipate their needs and assist them in being more productive. MSAI is responsible for connecting Office 365 users to the knowledge and expertise across their organization helping them to be more productive and save time. Microsoft / MSAI wants to assist users with productivity tasks that are more easily accomplished through natural language conversation. To be able to do so, we want to save time by surfacing personalized insights, recommendations, and task completion in the flow. We work in areas including machine learning, information retrieval, data mining, natural language processing, and human computer interaction.
