ABOUT PAPA ASSANE
Mark Twain said,\"The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.\" I found out soccer is my passion and sharing the love of soccer is my goal. I found through the beautiful game of soccer that I could bring people together. I have chosen to dedicate my life to athletes and to impact them positively both inside and outside the field. I gained experience throughout the years teaching and coaching soccer from elementary school to Division I college soccer. Also, I have experience managing soccer programs, dealing with administrative duties, mentoring, fundraising, and budgeting. I work very well with people from different backgrounds and I can adapt to any situation. I credit my past soccer success at all levels to the genuine relationship I built with athletes and those who surrounded each program. As former Theodore Roosevelt said, “People don\'t care how much you know until they know how much you care.” I have positively impacted more than one hundred student-athletes, both men and women, and I am looking forward to the future.
