After 3 years spent in the field of management consulting (decision making support systems), I joined the Italian Aerospace & Defence \"Champion\" where, in the last 20 years, I\'ve been assigned increasing responsibility starting from Project Management, to Sales and Contract management, Strategic Procurement, Supply Chain Sustainability & Development. During such period I played a leading role in several strategic projects related to business development, major contracts renegotiation, supply chain restructuring, managing multifunctional teams and representing the point of contact for key International customers/partners. Since 2018, I\'m working to shape a more solid, integrated, innovative and sustainable supply chain, fostering best suppliers\' dimensional and qualitative growth through partnership development. Since 2024 I\'m coordinating the Integrate Project Team dedicated to the Supply Chain decarbonisation programme. I\'m a certified Program Management Professional (PMP®) with strong competences and experience in the Business and Supply Chain management of complex A&D programs
