Paolo Braccini is a litigation associate at Gerard Fox Law, a leading boutique law firm in Century City, Los Angeles. With over three years of experience in civil litigation, he represents corporate and nonprofit clients in various commercial disputes and governance matters, including complex actions for breach of fiduciary duty, professional negligence, and contract disputes.
