Reporting directly to the CEO, I lead the IT Application Development Department which manages all the Distribution Channels (agents and customers), Central Functions, Data and Finance Platforms with about 100 FTE internal plus external providers.Our mission is to find and implement solutions to ensure that the evolution of applications and the entire IT environment best support the Allianz Italy development strategy. The position, aware of all dependencies and interactions with group initiatives, works with stakeholders and senior management of Allianz Spa to align IT strategies with business objectives, ensuring proper operation and continuous improvement of applications.Responsible for the successful and timely implementation of group transformation projects involving the Allianz Technology platforms.
