The Group is operating with 14 production units (in Italy, Spain, Poland, Turkey, China, Mexico); The Group Controller reports hierarchically to the Board of Directors and functionally to the Business Unit Directors. People management includes 10 people reporting directly to the Group Controller (out of which 2 are involved in MTM area); all controllers of the group manufacturing sites report functionally to the Group Controller (6 people)
