ABOUT PAOLO SPADARO
Everything started in a small bakery in 1988, where I worked as a baker for more than 10 years. After that my passion had no more limits and my approach in pizzeria was almost natural, like the desire to increase my knowledge. I then began to take courses and study, a path that led me to become an instructor for one of the most famous schools for pizza makers in Italy. Since 2012 I have started working with the mill Agugiaro & Figna as a technical consultant in the United States, Canada and Central-South America, and since December 2014 also in the rest of the world. To date I am their technical manager for the foreign market. In 2016 Vincenzo, whom I had already known for some time, introduced me to Marco, and with them I started a great adventure called the Masterbiga, a collective idea to make the work of many people easier. The enthusiasm and joy that I see in the eyes of the people that I help moving their first steps in this world, are the source of energy that drives me to improve myself and never stop growing.
