During my experience in Prada I’ve been in charge of several position (Ready to wear division controller, Footwear division controller, Leather goods division controller, Logistic division controller).At the moment I am the vice responsible of the Supply Chain Financial controlling department.My staff consists of 6 employees. I mainly focus on budget, forecast, cost control (using a standard cost and variances approach for production costs), finished product and raw materials inventories (stock analysis and in/out flow analysis, as well as short term stock forecast), production and delivery lead time, quality indicators, cash flow analysis (budget and monthly forecast), investment analysis and presentations.All of these aspects are summarized in monthly reports regularly discussed with the management.I developed a deep knowledge of the main company processes and procedures (design and collection, retail buying, raw materials procurement, production, warehouse). I\'ve been also involved in many reorganization projects as well as new business development plans.Starting from 2016 I’ve been put in charge of general service direction controlling (packaging, catering, travel service, cars rental). In this role I also supervise that company buying procedures are respected (selection of the suppliers, tender of contracts, definition of the agreements) and I also directly manage catering and meal voucher contracts (selection, tender, agreement, vendors management).
