Manage a team of 6 professionals within the UX/UI team.• Manage a team of 6 professionals within the BA team.• Manage a team of 4 IT consultants providing Project assistance to the BA team members.• Manage the development, implementation, evaluation and evolution of all processes. • Manage IT projects/initiatives which impact internal processes across the OAG.• Collaborate and oversee vendor relationships. • Negotiate professional service contractors. • Monitor service level objectives.• Work closely with internal and external IT specialists, including other Federal departments.• Provide authoritative advice to Directors, Principals, the Assistant Auditor General (AAG) and senior management committees on the status of work, challenges and solutions.• Continuously developing and maintaining expert knowledge of trends and developments in areas specific to the work, as well as OAG’s strategic directions and initiatives that may impact systems and projects.• Chair and participate on interdepartmental committees, working groups, projects and attends meetings with officials in the private sector, as a recognized OAG senior authority. • Evaluate performance, recommend training and provide counselling on career paths and career advancement.• Manage work unit and project budgets including contract management
