Experienced Information Technology Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the in infrastructure and transportation fields and with a Laurea focused in Electronic Engineering from Università degli Studi di Roma \'La Sapienza\'.Skilled in business processes, business planning, operations management, IT strategy and project coordination, mission-critical as well. Experience in managing Change Management, innovator of business processes with attention to architectural and technological issues and IT security and corporate compliance. I have an innate passion for IT and technology in general and I am fascinated by great challenges and complex projects.During my professional career, before taking on the role of Information Technology Manager, I was an IT consultant.I begun my carrier as a programmer before moving on to strategic consultancy and held managerial roles in the management of Programs, Projects, Processes and Suppliers. My Professional experiences were gained by working mainly in the following fields:• re-engineering of business processes, implementing ERP, CRM, BI systems, portfolio management, documents and intranet portals• development of products for e-Commerce & m-Commerce, Ticketing, defining and implementing the IT strategy in accordance with business needs• evolution of architectures (SOA) and technologies of integration systems (both traditional and cloud), disaster recovery solutions as well• innovation in favor of process digitalization and cost optimization, with analysis and promotion of the same, highlighting the aspects of Security, Compliance and application performance, optimizing IT operations processes, and reaching high quality standards.I have been able to successfully managed all above by learning to handle stress.
