ABOUT PAOLO MORGIA

PAOLO LA MORGIAHe graduated in Political Economy, majoring in \"Economics of Markets and Financial Intermediaries\" from the University of Bologna in 2004. In 2004, he started his career in Deloitte as Auditor and then in consulting as Manager in the service line \"Global Financial Service Industries\". In 2010, he joined the Ferragamo Group, where he initially worked on the listing project (\"IPO\") of Salvatore Ferragamo S.p.A, which ended with the listing of the Company on the Italian Stock Exchange in 2011. From 2012 to date he has held various roles of increasing responsibility within the Ferragamo Group including Head of the activities related to the Ex Law 262/05 for the implementation and evaluation of the control system to guard against risks in the process of formation of financial reporting (so-called \"System 262\"), Corporate & Europe AccountingManager and Manager of the Administration area of the Parent Company Salvatore Ferragamo S.p.A. In September 2019 he was appointed Group Internal Audit Director reporting to the Board of Directors of Salvatore Ferragamo S.p.A. a role he held until July 2024. Since 2022 he also holds the position of Tax Risk Officer, with responsibility for the adequacy of tax governance, measurement, management and control of tax risk (Tax Control Framework). Since 2024 he has held the position of Group Planning & Control Director and Group Risk & Internal Control Director.Since september 2025 he has the position of Grou Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Manager responsible for preparing the Company’s financial reports and sustainability reporting
