I\'m accountable for the technical design of the Vehicle Synthesis (top hat/platform/modules/PWT) related to functional and physical definition, integration and performances, to reach the best trade off between Quality-Cost-Timing-Performance and achieving the program targets at the different following stages. I\'m involved in to the definition of the Physical and functional architecture team in terms of skills and resources and in case of technical perimeter modifications adjust with the Project manager the related budget- Translate the Marketing/Brands needs and lead the convergence of the functional objective target definition process with the Marketing and Brands, involving Physical and Functional Architecture and Subsystems inputs- Ensures that international standards are taken into account in the project contract- Ensures the coherence of the functional specifications between the different subsystems- Leads the convergence between design, technical feasibility and performance- Ensures the application of the Perceived Quality targets- Defines and coordinates the packaging plan, the digital and physical validation plan (including expert and captive fleets)- Takes into account regulatory constraints and follow up the tests plan carrying out- Pilots the functional, dysfunctional design, maintainability and diagnostics capability of the vehicle- Facilitates the convergence of Operational Safety deliverables (reliability, availability, maintainability and safety) to achieve the reliability in use and safety objectives

I am an electronics engineer and I am studying mechanical engineering and I have been working in the automotive industry for 7+ years. I have covered roles with increasing responsibilities, starting from the role of Measure Engineer rising to be BSDO Testing Team Manager, managing a team of more 20 people. Today I am covering the Vehicle Synthesis Manager position where I am responsible for a project involving all physical and functional design integration activities, managing the integration between all functions. I love challenging experiences and I work very well in a challenging and stressful climate.
