Credit management of the whole Samsung B2B customer portfolio, which includes Italian Large Caps and SME’s, such as Operators, Retailers, Distributors, Manufacturers, Onliners, Assistance Centers, Public entities,etc- Monitoring and reporting of credit portfolio - Taking risk decisions, assessing credit limits and negotiating payment terms directly with customers (typically CEO’s or CFO’s)- Direct support to Sales teams - Tight interaction with customers for negotiating and finding the best solutions to maximize sales while minimizing risk - Keeping relationship with external servicer (Credit Insurances, Fintech companies, Factoring companies, Banks, etc.)- Identification and management of new instruments for credit coverage (such as factoring, bank warranty, insurance warranty, commercial finance, etc.)- Coordination with Accounting team, Business Analysts, Treasury, Supply Chain Management - Evaluation of any new business/contract of Samsung from a credit risk perspective - Project management (such as SAP/Global ERP enhancement project)- Review and writing of local policies about Credit Management - Support to Procurement team for financial soundness evaluation of potential new vendors - Edit presentations for Top Management
