ABOUT PAOLO DEMEL

I was born in Padua in 1991. From 2005 to 2010, I attended the Industrial Design program at the Pietro Selvatico Institute in Padua. Still in Padua, I completed my university studies at the Italian Design School, an intense experience that led me to collaborate with Zignago Vetro, Stefanplast, Acquor, Mital, MG, Sorelle Ramonda, and Mondo Giocattoli.After completing my studies, I started my professional career specializing in Interior Design, developing furnishings and solutions mainly for the foreign market. From 2010 to 2015, I collaborated with Criocabin S.p.a, True Design, and TMA.From 2015 to 2021, I worked in product and interior design at Ypsilon Collection and Studiolo1844, again mainly for the foreign market. I worked with a specialized team on luxury villas and hotels, designing for brands such as Rimadesio, Molteni, B&B Italia, Arclinea, Flexform, etc. In 2020, I won the world award “Winner, Silver A’ Design Award” in the “A Design Award Competition”. Also in 2020, I collaborated with Veneta Cucine, Caccaro, Vimar, Targetti, Quadrifoglio Group for “Design Shanghai”.Since January 2022, I have been working at Ferretti Group as a Design Supervisor, overseeing the interiors of mega yachts >50 meters (Riva, Crn).In 2024 and 2025, I was selected as a judge at the world Design Competition “A’ Design Award Competition.Platinum Design Award winner in 2025 - Yacht and Marine Vessels Design Award di A\' Design Award and Competition”
