Playing the role of Agent Bank, keeping the direct relationship with borrowers, lenders and legal advisors.Analyzing and reviewing the documentation relating to new and existing loans (e.g. Facilities Agreements, Amendment Agreements, Fee Letters, Security Documents, Term Sheets, Commitment Letters, Consent Requests, Engagement Letters for lenders’ legal advisors, etc.).Monitoring and managing the financing operations (fees, interests, capital repayments, prepayments, interest rate fixing, rollovers, utilization requests, waivers, syndications) for syndicated and bilateral loans of the bank’s portfolio.Verifying and monitoring conditions precedent, conditions subsequent, securities and covenants. Supporting analysts in their daily activity, follow up of their deals under management and proper execution of their on-the-job training.
