January _2023, moved to Catania and Join STMicroelectronics, as O&M Manager @ ST main site. Working @ Avezzano Wafer Fab since the beginning start up with Texas Instrument, in Jun 1988. Leaved in Dallas working in Dmos4 for 1 year and 5 months. Then started up AMOS 1 Wafer Fab, with Texas Instruments. Started my career from Tech up to Equip. Eng in Dry Etch Area. Then 1998 joined Micron Tech. Inc that acquired TI Drams Operation. Sr Eng within Dry Etch Organization, then moved to CVD for 5 years, and assigned to MTV (Fab6) 2005 (Micron F6 300mm Wafer Fab), installing and started up Tel Trias Tin Tools, and TICL4 Unichem ATMI Liquid Cabinet. Leading Equipment Engineers, as Fab Central Team Organization. Posted for Facilities Contruction Mgr. within Avezzano\'s organization, covering tools Install and tool\'s retrofit, UHP\'s work as far as Plastic (chemicals), and SS (gases). Contamination Control Team and Pumps/Abatement/Chillers belongs to my organization. Now since a month I\'m part of the MIT LFoundry still in Avezzano Facilities.
