As an Operations Manager for the store, my responsibilities included, but were not limited to- Led daily front-of-house operations to ensure efficiency, food safety, and exceptional customer service- Managed and coached a team of team members, fostering a high-performance culture through hands-on leadership and mentorship- Collaborating in hiring, onboarding, and continuous training initiatives to support team development and uphold CFA’s service standards- Collaborated with the Operator and leadership team to implement strategic initiatives that enhanced guest experience and increased store profitability- Ensured compliance with all Chick-fil-A brand standards, health department regulations, and safety protocols- Resolved guest concerns promptly and professionally, reinforcing brand loyalty and positive community engagement- Conducted regular performance evaluations and provided actionable feedback to support individual and team growth- Streamlined operational workflows to reduce wait times and increase order accuracy during peak service hours.
