At The Builder Coalition (TBC), I lead the strategy, planning, and management of research initiatives across three core program areas: Capital Access, Project Access, and Education.In this role, I convene and collaborate with cross-sector thought leaders—including professionals from academia, industry, and government—who serve on issue-specific task forces that help shape our research agenda. I also engage directly with the real estate development community, gaining valuable exposure to innovative development models and creative strategies being applied across the field.Through a combination of stakeholder collaboration and independent research, I analyze and synthesize best practices in commercial real estate (CRE) that have expanded access and opportunity for underrepresented communities and demonstrated measurable, equity-centered outcomes.
