Design, plan and implement Corporate Social Responsibility & Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE & I) program ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals. Oversee the strategic plans for Employees Resource Groups (ERG’s) and their activities. Manage and lead all B-Corp certification maintenance. Plan and coordinate internal and external events aimed at educating and raising awareness around the business imperative of DE & I. Partner with People Operations in order to build effective talent pipelines aimed at creating a more equitable, diverse and inclusive workforce. Partner with community-based organizations to expand social responsibility efforts.
