I led national Skills-First Hiring initiatives and managed a $2M grantmaking portfolio to expand inclusive access to employment. I co-created strategic partnerships and sponsorships with national and local organizations, designed systems to track impact, and launched scalable storytelling campaigns that influenced both employer behavior and internal product strategy.Working across cross-functional teams—including product, marketing, UXR, and policy, I helped embed inclusive hiring practices into Indeed’s tools and narratives. I built coordination frameworks to align foundational research with employer engagement, ensuring our efforts were grounded in the experiences of job seekers facing systemic barriers.I also organized and led high-impact volunteer and employer events, activating hundreds of stakeholders and showcasing Indeed’s commitment to connecting job seekers facing barriers to jobs. My work bridged digital innovation and real-world systems change, advancing economic mobility through partnerships, storytelling, and strategic execution.
