Hi! I’m Paola, a results-oriented Project Coordinator passionate about delivering results on time, with quality, following the budget and optimizing resources. With 2+ years in construction projects and 2+ years in infrastructure projects, coordinating field projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver the best quality results to our clients. Throughout my career, I’ve successfully provided assurance in the project execution in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, supporting the successful rollout of new technologies. I’ve also supported coordination and procurement tracking, reducing costs by 10% while maintaining alignment with project scopes. I’ve developed cross-functional project coordination, maintaining alignment between engineering specifications, field execution and safety programs. Beyond my professional life, I enjoy travelling, spending time in nature and staying active through dancing.
