ABOUT PAOLA PEREIRA

I am a Service Manager with 12 years of experience in the Oil & Gas and Power Energy Business, I am currently responsible for the Central Region in North America. I manage the resources, tooling, operations, Pre/Post Outage Planning, and Daily Outage execution of more than 400 Outages/Services per year for the Aeroderivative Fleet: LM2500, and LMS100 Gas Turbines. I manage Services on Customer Sites across the Central Region and the L2 Facility we have in Houston where we perform different type of L2 maintenances on the aeroderivative engines. Main customers are: El Paso Electric, Basin Electric Power, Black Hills Energy, TECO Energy, LEPA, Denbury, Lonesome Energy.From 2017 to 2022 I covered Latin America Region also as a Service Manager, managing Pre-Outage Planning, Post Outage Planning, Outage Daily execution of more than 250 Outages/services per year, making sure we deliver services on Time for our valuable customers. In Latin America I covered 14 countries, main customers: YPF, Pampa, MSU, Petrobras, Colbun, Termoyopal, T & Tech, PAE, Genneia, Iberdrola, CFE, EVM, JPS.From 2013 to 2016 I worked in Venezuela on the O&G industry mainly in National Oilwell Varco as a Technical Assistant for the Reciprocating Pumps department and before that I completed my internship and Thesis work on Measurement equipment for the LL-652 Oil Platform in Maracaibo Lake located in Maracaibo, Venezuela.I hold a bachelor’s degree in Gas engineering at UNERMB “Universidad Nacional Experimental Rafael Maria Baralt” and an Operations Management diploma at IESA, Business School.I have worked with so many amazing people during my career, and I have had great leaders, I am empowered to inspire my team every day, I work under a strong EHS and Quality Mindset.I am committed, I lead with compassion, I am authentic, easily adapting to a changing environment. I am not afraid to get the work done to have outstanding results.I speak Spanish, English, a bit of Portuguese and French. In my free time, you will find me doing yoga, reading, and traveling around the world.
