As the Director of Quality Systems & Organization Development, I am responsible for ethica CRO’s Quality Management System in support of its accredited Human Research Protection Program (HRPP). This is a strategic role in the company’s mission to safeguard research participants against negative impacts of research. In my dual role, I am also responsible for developing and implementing organizational strategies to support ethica CRO’s business growth. This includes the structure, people, and processes to advance the company’s vision and mission.I possess extensive managerial and consulting experience in business strategy, change enablement, and operations.
