ABOUT PAOLA GONZALEZ
I am a senior at William and Mary currently working toward my undergraduate degree in Data Science. I have an interest in exploring and analyzing data regarding socioeconomic and ethnic/racial inequality. As a way to feed this interest, I am helping build a database website containing open-source school-level education data from around the world for the Global Education Observatory through geoLab @ William & Mary. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to investigate real-life questions regarding access and representation in the U.S. film industry using IMDB data alongside three of my peers. In the future, I hope to pursue a career in data engineering, along with continuing to explore these interests.
