Field: Clinical Informatics\\\\n\\\\nProject by project, my experience as application specialist/team leader starts with the technical analysis of the healthcare software solutions (concerning healthcare visits/exams booking system, emergency room, medical file.) and ends with the delivery of the required solution, then maintained/upgraded with additional services.\\\\nMy role, growing in responsibility in the area of Piemonte, Liguria and Valle D\'Aosta, led me to take the leadership of a heterogeneous team, setting up a roadmap to achieve goals, arranging resources, motivating the team, operating multiple projects towards decided goals.\\\\n\\\\nMain responsibilities and duties:\\\\n- Analysis with Hospital/Trust ICT department in order to collect requirements and to share the scope of each project\\\\n- Forecasting or estimating the time and cost of completing project deliverables\\\\n- Delivering agreed solutions\\\\n- Detecting issues and investigating ways to resolve them\\\\n- Monitoring team performances and setting shared goals\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
