ABOUT PAOLA BAYRON

Paola Bayron is a bilingual, four-time Emmy Award winning journalist, tv and podcast producer, mental health advocate and founder of \"Luly\'s blog\", as well as the host, executive producer and marketing specialist for her podcast \"The Inner Puzzle\". In her most recent venture, Paola has been exploring the field of ABA and is currently working as a Registered Behavior Technician, helping provide services to those with neurological disorders and studying for her master\'s in Behavior Analysis to pursue the next step in her career as a communicator by becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Outside of her day-to-day responsibilities within her career, she is also working on multiple projects, including her participation as a volunteer in the National Alliance on Mental Illness, and her role as a public speaker, visiting universities and schools to open dialogue related to improving mental health. Her work experience includes teaching to high school students in both Spanish and English, working with students with Individualized Education Plans, as well as, teaching English Speakers of Other Languages. Her time as an educator entailed her sharing her multitude of experience in broadcast media, radio, podcasts and hour-long specials for newsmagazines. As a producer, she has booked guests and exclusives for live shows and for recorded programming; and produced content for breaking news, prime-time newscasts, morning shows, evening newscasts, and newly launched programs in both Spanish and English. She has been featured on Voyage MIA, Canvas Rebel, The Boston Globe: Love Letters and Shout Out Miami.
