Part of the leadership team for Latin America. Responsible for managing our product in the region and supervising the product team. We provide technical assistance for financial institutions and support them with end-to-end product and systems design, user experience research, prototyping, go-to-market strategies, launching and scaling, developing internal capabilities and implementing monitoring and reporting systems Responsible for leading user tests and developing marketing plans for our products in the region Responsible for business development activities in Latin America: sourcing a pipeline of financial partners in each country and securing funding for the execution of new products Responsible for updating/maintaining/tailoring guidelines for designing new products following the organization\'s core mission and ensuring a standard approach for implementation throughout the different countries where we work in the region Piloted digital interphases to streamline loan applications and approvals for two financial partners in Peru Co-led the negotiations with COFIDE (Peru’s development bank) for the historic issuance of the first Blue Bond in Latin America, for an amount of $26.3 million USD with the aim of financing our projects that improve access to water and sanitation in Peru. The demand obtained exceeded by 2.2 times the maximum amount offered in the local stock exchange
