I am a senior member of the Financial Services Lead Advisory team at PwC. I have over 15 years experience working on European credit and corporate M&A deals. I have worked on over 80 transactions in the last decade including loan portfolio sales (distressed and non-core performing), raising debt finance and forward flows for non-bank lenders and asset managers, and the sale of asset servicing platforms or non-bank lenders to strategic buyers.The Financial Services Lead Advisory team combines deep industry experience with unrivalled transaction experience to advise you on all aspects of corporate finance M&A and credit related transactions (through the Portfolio Advisory Group), leveraging more than PwC people in the U.K. and PwC people globally who work day in day out with financial services clients.
