Hybrid role of leading the IT Telecommunications Group operationally and responsible for IT Infrastructure sourcing categories company-wide. • Telecommunications Group is responsible for IT Operations for Data Network, Voice, VoIP, Contact Center Technology, Conferencing, WiFi, and Backup Network. • IT Infrastructure departments include Telecommunications, Datacenter and Storage, IT Security, Wireless, and EDW/BI. • Responsible for Telecommunications Group budget of $20M and management of 6 FTEs and 8 contractors. • Control $100M in spend in IT Infrastructure Sourcing. • Lead following Telecommunication projects: o Rollout of CISCO CUCM VoIP in 900 locations o Implementation of Palo Alto Firewalls. o Branch WiFi to 400 locations o CISCO Call Manager Cluster redesign o CISCO UCCE migration to cloud o Hybrid-WAN that provides redundant broadband circuit to 500 branches. • Lead all sourcing efforts for IT Infrastructure Group that resulted in $3M in new savings in 2016 and on track for $2M in new savings in 2017.
