Monitoring of Annual Audit Plan of all locations from Audit intimation to completion and support to Chief Internal Audit (CIA).• Ensure timely execution and completion of internal audit of SSC, Sales & Marketing & other areas by external agencies.• Overseas: Process based Internal Audit at Onsite in Mozambique and South Africa including compliance of various commercial contracts • Support in special audits time to time.• Review & updating of various audit observations on the basis of audit covered by out sourced Internal Auditor with reference to risk category, working papers, observation wise supporting documents / agreements / other information etc. and periodically tracking status of audits completed against the planned by the outsourced firm / external agencies.• Preparation of Implementation tracker to ensure that compliance of the management action is timely performed and preparation of report for Implementation status of audit observations.• Preparation of Annual Budget of internal audit and monitoring the same. • Preparation and presentation of various PPTs for Audit Committee, Chairman Office & MD Office. • Ensured through Audit process to have Physical Verification of assets across the group • Maintenance of tracker of invoices/payment status related to the outsourced firm.
