Provide compensation recommendations for new hires, internal promotions, and executive contract renewals to ensure competitive positioning for business units including, but not limited to, Peacock, Cable Entertainment, Telemundo, and Advertising Sales -Work with HR partners to advise on competitive salary solutions pertaining to retention and external employment offers received by current internal incumbents -Create salary ranges for job postings per state laws -Review personal change requests relating to salary, bonus, and long-term incentives (LTI) changes as well as organizational changes -Assist with department projects and compensation by auditing bonus and payout files and track long-term incentive program -Participate in NBCUniversal’s annual survey submission process -Review accuracy in SAP of compensation transactions -Test system and validate data in SuccessFactors on a yearly basis
