I am a passionate Data & Analytics leader with over 15 years of experience driving data strategy, innovation, and business transformation across diverse industries—including pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, aviation, finance, and consumer goods.Currently, I am the Global Head of Data and Analytics function at Aurora Cannabis Inc, a leading medicinal cannabis company in Canada. In this role, I focus on building global, scalable, standard, insight-driven capabilities that enable strategic decision-making and operational excellence.Previously, I served as Director of Data & Analytics at Goodfood, where I helped scale the organization’s data infrastructure during a high-growth phase. Before that, I led Business Intelligence and Analytics at Air Canada, driving enterprise-wide BI and analytics initiatives. My earlier experience includes key roles at Fractal, where I helped establish the firm’s Canadian presence, and Nielsen IQ, where I began my journey into data and analytics.I am an alumnus of IIT Kanpur, and I’m equally passionate about giving back to the community. I currently serve on the board of PAN IIT Alumni Canada (where I was the youngest President in the organization\'s 45+-year history), the North America Chhattisgarh Association, and the Canada India Tech Council. In recognition of my leadership, I was named among the Top 50 Tech Leaders of 2024 by the Canada India Tech Council and received the Ontario Volunteer Service Award for my contributions to the PAN IIT alumni community.
