Key Achievements- Selected by management to visit Molex, Ireland in March 2019 to study auto assembly machines and Reel to Reel plating for product transfer. Successfully implemented it here at Gandhinagar plant, which includes existing plating line modification to accommodate Rast 5 product terminal and smooth operation of fully auto assembly machine- Developed two semi-auto assembly machines in-house for assembly- Achieved direct labor utilization of 98%- Many productivity improvements done on manual assembly lines, like SMT line - achieved 15% improvement in productivity- Zero deviation from wastewater treatment plant from GPCB (Gujarat Pollution Central Board).Key Responsibilities- Production planning, achieve quality targeted output from all assembly lines- Budget, capacity planning, and optimal resource utilization- Smooth installation and operation of newly transferred products- Maintenance of Dies, cutting tools, fixtures, jigs, and spare procurement of assembly shop- Ensuring observance of Quality Management Systems to ensure consistency in quality and delivery by applying quality techniques like 6S, FMEA, KAIZEN, and 8D Methodology- Ensure a safe work environment to achieve zero accidents, responsible for all EHSMS-related activities for assembly- Handling statutory audits, meeting safety and legal compliance, inventory management, maintaining stock accuracy, managing inventory, and achieving zero complaints in warehouse operation.Key Responsibilities Plating: 13th Jul 2017 to 31st Dec 2022- Maintaining the plating process at an optimal level, preventive maintenance of the plating line, critical spare management, and establishing of new products in the existing line- Introducing and implementing process change/improvements/controls to accommodate newly transferred products- Smooth operation, maintenance and spare management of ETP, RO, and DM plant.
